Well - you don't have to name it, but "Two Houses" seems a great name in my opinion (except for delicate reference to Romeo and Juliet ...!). What about just "Two"? or "Parts"? or "Detached"? I don't know ... and I think I've been a bit rude even suggesting other possibilities!
